Here's What We'll Do
We'll start with a values inventory. By the time you arrive at our first session, you'll already have a North Star for your change blueprint.We'll meet three times in your first month to build momentum and map the territory, then twice monthly as we move into the work.You'll have access to me between sessions for accountability, cheerleading, and brief gut-checks.
